The area comprising the district consists of the lands located in the city and county of Denver, in the city and county of Broomfield, and in the counties of Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Douglas, and Jefferson within the boundaries of the district, described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Section 26, T.2 N., R.71 W.; thence easterly along the south line of Section 26, T.2 N., R.71 W. and along the south line of Section 25, T.2 N., R.71 W., a distance of 2 miles to the southeast corner of said Section 25, T.2 N., R.71 W., being the northwest corner of Section 31, T.2 N., R.70 W.; thence southerly along the west line of said Section 31, T.2 N., R.70 W., a distance of 1 mile, more or less, to the southwest corner of said Section 31, T.2 N., R.70 W.; thence easterly, a
