Colorado Statutes
§ 32-11-106 — Liberal construction
This article being necessary to secure and
preserve the public health, safety, and general welfare, the rule of strict
construction shall have no application to this article, but this article shall be
liberally construed to effect the purposes and objects for which it is intended.
