§ 32-1-801 — Legislative declaration - applicability
It is hereby declared that
the orderly conduct of elections of special districts will serve a public use and will
promote the health, safety, security, and general welfare of the people of the state
of Colorado. Therefore, all elections shall be held pursuant to articles 1 to 13.5 of
title 1, C.R.S., unless otherwise provided.
