§ 32-1-608 — Subsequent consolidations
Any consolidated district may initiate
proceedings for the consolidation of one consolidated district with another special
district, whether or not a consolidated district, as provided in section 32-1-602.
Such proceedings shall proceed in accordance with this part 6 without regard to
the fact that the districts have been previously consolidated.
