As used in this part 6, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Concurring resolution means a resolution passed in accordance with
this part 6 by the board of any special district for the purpose of accepting the
consolidation resolution.
(2)Consolidated district means a quasi-municipal corporation of this state
resulting from the consolidation of two or more special districts; or resulting from
the consolidation of one or more of the services of two or more special districts, one
of which is not a metropolitan district, which consolidation of services may include
the consolidation of all services of a special district with only specified services of
one or more special districts; or resulting from the consolidation of one or more of
the services of two or more metropolitan
