§ 32-1-201 — Applicability
This part 2 shall be applicable to any petition for the
organization of any proposed special district filed in any district court of competent
jurisdiction, except where a petition for the organization of a special district
confined exclusively within the boundaries of any existing municipality has been
approved by a resolution of the governing body of the municipality.
