Text
In
addition to any other requirements, a decision approving the proposed annexation
by a majority vote of the six-member boundary control commission established by
section 1 of article XX of the state constitution shall be made prior to the initiation
of any annexation procedures pursuant to this article to annex land from the
counties of Adams, Arapahoe, or Jefferson to the city and county of Denver.
