§ 30-1-112 — Fees paid monthly
(1)It is the duty of county sheriffs, county
clerk and recorders, and all county officials to collect all fees of their respective
offices and to pay the same to the county treasurer of their respective counties
monthly; also to file monthly with the county treasurer an itemized statement of all
fees so collected.
(2)Commencing January 1, 1970, it is the duty of the clerks of district,
juvenile, probate, and county courts to transmit monthly all fees to the state
treasurer, who shall deposit the same in the state general fund.
