§ 30-1-114 — Monthly report of officers
If required by the board of county
commissioners, the county treasurer, sheriff, and county clerk and recorder, on the
first Monday of each month during the officer's term of office, shall make to the
chairman of the board of county commissioners a report in writing under oath of all
the fees of the officer's office, of every name and description, and of all necessary
expenses of clerk hire and other expenses for the month ending at the time of said
report. If required, such report shall state fully the manner in which such fees
accrued.
