Text
It is the duty of the county
clerk and recorders of the said counties to record at length said proclamation of the
secretary of state, together with said survey and plat, in the deed records of his
county, and thereafter the county line so established shall be the lawfully
constituted line between said counties, and the said territory so annexed to such
county shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the county to which it has been so
added, and shall be a part and parcel thereof.
