Text
(1)The
governing body shall have the following additional powers:
(a)To sell and dispose of public utilities, public buildings, real property used
or held for park purposes, or by other real property used or held for any
governmental purposes. Before any such sale of a park or recreation facility shall
be made, the question of said sale and the terms and consideration thereof shall be
submitted at a regular election and approved in the manner provided for
authorization of bonded indebtedness by section 30-35-201 (6);
(b)By ordinance, to sell and dispose of any other real property owned by the
county upon such terms and conditions as such governing body may determine at a
regular or special meeting;
(c)To lease any real property, together with any facilities thereon, owned by
