§ 30-28-208 — Copies of code available - evidence
Upon the adoption of such
area building code, the board of county commissioners shall file certified copies
thereof in its office, which copies shall be accessible to the public at a cost not to
exceed that of printing the same. The board of county commissioners shall also file
a notice with the county clerk and recorder setting forth a description of the area
subject to the building code. Copies of the code printed by authority of the board of
county commissioners shall be prima facie evidence of the original text in all courts
and tribunals of this state.
