Text

The board of county commissioners of each county in this state shall adopt standards governing the use of safety glazing materials for hazardous locations in the unincorporated areas of the county. No building permit shall be issued for the construction, reconstruction, or alteration of any structure in the unincorporated area of such county unless such construction, reconstruction, or alteration conforms to the standards adopted pursuant to this section. The county building inspector shall inspect all places to determine whether such places are in compliance with the standards for the use of safety glazing materials.
