Written notice of intent to
withdraw shall be given to the regional planning commission at least ninety days
prior to the date of intended withdrawal, and no withdrawal shall be effective until
such notice has been given. In the event of withdrawal of a county or municipality,
no refund shall be made of any moneys paid to the regional planning commission.
