Upon the adoption of any
zoning ordinance or regulation, or map, the board of county commissioners shall file
a certified copy of each in the office of the county clerk and recorder, which copies
shall be accessible to the public. The county clerk and recorder shall index such
ordinances and regulations as nearly as possible in the same manner as he indexes
instruments pertaining to the title of land.
