§ 30-26-509 — Annual audit
Each county for which a county capital
improvement trust fund has been established shall prepare and submit, in
accordance with the provisions of article 1 of title 29, C.R.S., an annual audit report
of its activities with respect to such fund for the preceding fiscal year.
