Text
As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Registered qualified elector means an individual who is legally qualified
to register to vote in this state and in the county wherein the individual's vote is
offered and who has complied with the registration provisions of the Uniform
Election Code of 1992.
