§ 30-25-206 — Violation - penalty
Any officer of any taxing district or any
county assessor who violates any provision of this part 2 is guilty of a misdemeanor
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one
thousand dollars and shall also be liable to removal from office as provided by law.
