Text
This part 2 shall in no way limit the
amount of any levy necessary to be made for the purpose of paying any bonded
indebtedness and interest thereon lawfully incurred, or any judgment against any
county, city, town, or school district, or the interest on such judgment, or for special
assessments for local improvements, in any county, town, city, or city and county.
