Text
The board of county commissioners is
authorized to establish a contingent fund to provide for expenditures caused by an
act of God, or the public enemy, or some contingency that could not have been
reasonably foreseen at the time of adoption of the budget, to redeem outstanding
warrants lawfully issued, and shall fix rates of levy annually for such fund.
