§ 30-20-534 — Limitation of actions
Any legal or equitable action brought with
respect to any acts or proceedings of the district, the creation of a district, the
authorization of any bonds, or any other action taken under this part 5 shall
commence within thirty days after the performance of such action or else shall be
thereafter perpetually barred.
