Text
The board shall hold meetings, which shall be open to
the public, in a place to be designated by the board as often as the needs of the
district require, on notice to each member of the board. A quorum of the governing
body shall constitute a quorum at any meeting. Notice of time and place of all
regular and special meetings shall be posted in three public places within the limits
of the district and in the county courthouse at least three days previous to such
meetings.
