Colorado Statutes
§ 30-20-114 — Violation - penalty
Any person who violates any provision of this
part 1 commits a petty offense. Nothing in this part 1 shall preclude or preempt a
municipality from enforcement of its local ordinances. Each day of violation shall be
deemed a separate offense under this section.
