Text
The governing body having jurisdiction,
after reasonable notice and public hearing, shall temporarily suspend or revoke a
certificate of designation that has been granted by it for failure of a site and facility
to comply with all applicable laws, resolutions, and ordinances or to comply with
the provisions of this part 1 or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto.
