§ 30-20-111 — Departments to render assistance
The department and county,
district, and municipal public health agencies shall render technical advice and
services to owners and operators of solid wastes disposal sites and facilities and to
municipalities and counties in order to assure that appropriate measures are being
taken to protect the public health, safety, and welfare. In addition, the department
has the duty to coordinate the solid wastes program under this part 1 with all other
programs within the department and with the other agencies of state and local
government which are concerned with solid wastes disposal.
