§ 30-11-411 — Inclusion of land
An additional area may be included in a law
enforcement authority, upon petition of all electors and landowners in such area, by
resolution of the board of county commissioners or by such resolution and a vote of
a majority of electors of such area in the same manner as provided for the
organization of a law enforcement authority.
