§ 30-11-409 — Payments to sheriff
Moneys paid to any sheriff for services
pursuant to the provisions of this part 4 shall be expended by the sheriff only for
law enforcement purposes, including administration and capital expenditures,
pursuant to agreements entered into as authorized by this part 4.
