Text
The board of county
commissioners shall not borrow money for the purposes stated in section 30-11-107,
except as provided in section 30-11-107 (1)(dd), without having first submitted the
question of such loan to a vote of the electors of the county and without a majority
of the voters legally qualified to vote and voting on that question having voted
therefor.
