Text
(1)If the person charged is
present, the coroner may order his arrest by an officer or any person and shall then
make a warrant requiring the officer or other person to take him before the county
court.
(2)If the person charged is not present and the coroner believes he can be
taken, the coroner may issue a warrant to the sheriff of the county, requiring him to
arrest the person and take him before the county court.
