§ 30-10-612 — Verdict of jury - form

The jurors, having heard the testimony and having made all needful inquiries, shall return to the coroner their inquisition in writing, under their hands in substance as follows, stating the matters in the following form, suggested as far as found: STATE OF COLORADO, County of ..............
