§ 30-10-608 — Coroner may issue subpoenas
The coroner may issue
subpoenas within his county for witnesses, returnable forthwith, or at such time and
place as he therein directs; and witnesses shall be allowed the fees set forth in
section 13-33-102, C.R.S.; and the coroner has the same authority to enforce the
attendance of witnesses and to punish them and jurors for contempt in disobeying
his process as a county court has when process issues in behalf of the state.
