Colorado Statutes
§ 30-10-322 — Penalty for failure to perform duty
If any commissioner refuses
or neglects to perform any of the duties which are required of him by law as a
member of the board of county commissioners, without just cause therefor, he
shall, for each offense, forfeit a sum not less than twenty-five nor more than one
hundred dollars.
