§ 30-10-313 — Bond executed or insurance purchased before duties assumed
No county commissioner shall enter upon the duties of the office of commissioner
unless the commissioner has executed the bond described in section 30-10-311 (1)
or the county has purchased the insurance described in section 30-10-311 (2).
