Text
The bond
executed by the county commissioners in counties with a population of ten
thousand or more persons pursuant to section 30-10-311 (1) or the insurance
purchased by the county on behalf of the county commissioners pursuant to section
30-10-311 (2) shall be in the sum of ten thousand dollars and in counties with a
population under ten thousand persons shall be in the sum of five thousand dollars.
