§ 30-10-307 — Chairman - temporary chairman
At the first meeting after
election, the board of county commissioners shall choose one of its number as
chairman, who shall preside at such meeting and all other meetings, if present; but,
in case of his absence from such meeting, the members present shall choose one of
its number as temporary chairman.
