Text
(1)Each board of county commissioners
shall meet at the county seat of its county at least one business day of each month
and at such other times and locations within the county as in the opinion of the
board the public interest may require. Such meetings shall be held on a regular and
published schedule, as determined by resolution of the board.
(2)The board may hold such special or emergency meetings and adopt such
publication procedure therefor as the public interest may, in the opinion of the
board, require.
