§ 30-10-302 — County seal - open meetings - rules
The seal of the county
shall be the seal of the board of county commissioners. The board of county
commissioners shall meet in open session and all persons conducting themselves in
an orderly manner may attend its meetings. The board may establish rules and
regulations to govern the transactions of its business.
