§ 30-10-107 — Penalty for refusing to qualify
Any person elected or appointed
to any county office in any county in this state who refuses to qualify, having
consented to such election or appointment, is liable to a fine not exceeding one
hundred nor less than twenty-five dollars, at the discretion of any court having
competent jurisdiction.
