Text
Any city, town, village, county, or
school district may operate such a system independently or may cooperate in its
conduct in any manner which is mutually agreed upon or may delegate the
operation of the system to a recreation board created by any or all of them and
appropriate money voted for this purpose to such board, and it may make charges
and require the payment of fees for the admission to and use and enjoyment of such
recreation facilities and playgrounds.
