Text
On or before a date to be determined by the
governing body of each local government, all spending agencies shall prepare and
submit to the person appointed to prepare the budget estimates of their
expenditure requirements and their estimated revenues for the budget year, and, in
connection therewith, the spending agency shall submit the corresponding actual
figures for the last completed fiscal year and the estimated figures projected
through the end of the current fiscal year and an explanatory schedule or
statement classifying the expenditures by object and the revenues by source. In
addition to the other information required by this section, every office, department,
board, commission, and other spending agency of any local government shall
