Text
(1)There is
hereby created the Colorado strategic seed fund council. Said council shall be
composed of nine members, as follows: Four venture capitalists, one management
consultant, and two institutional investors, all of whom shall be appointed by the
governor, and one member appointed by the president of the senate and one
member appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives. The members of
the council shall be confirmed by the senate and shall serve for terms of four years;
except that, of the members first appointed, three shall be appointed for terms of
two years, three shall be appointed for terms of three years, and three shall be
appointed for terms of four years.
