§ 29-4-734 — Termination of powers
On and after June 30, 1992, the authority
may not make equity investments pursuant to the powers granted to the authority
by section 29-4-719.1 (2)(d). The authority may continue to discharge all present and
future obligations regarding equity investments made prior to June 30, 1992.
