§ 29-4-722 — Negotiable instruments
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing
provisions of this part 7 or any recitals in any bonds issued under the provisions of
this part 7, all such bonds and interest coupons appertaining thereto shall be
negotiable instruments under the laws of this state, subject only to any applicable
provisions for registration.
