Text
It is the duty of the
authority to keep informed as to the performance by any reconstruction agency of
its obligations in the rehabilitation work, and the authority, in the name of and on
behalf of the municipality, shall take any legal or other steps deemed by it
advisable in case the reconstruction agency fails in the performance of its
obligations.
