§ 29-4-310 — Area not wholly in one municipality
If a substandard or
unsanitary area, as described in section 29-4-302, extends into two or more
municipalities, such municipalities, by contract between the municipalities, may
provide for the redevelopment of the area and for the part of the work to be done by
each of the municipalities.
