§ 29-4-305 — Assistance in preparation of plan
In the preparation of a
suggested development plan for a proposed area, the planning commission is
authorized to accept assistance from governmental and private agencies but has no
power to provide for the repayment of such assistance unless expressly authorized
to do so by ordinance of the city council of the municipality.
