Text
All proceedings, acts, and things
undertaken, performed, or done prior to May 17, 1939, in or for the authorization,
issuance, execution, and delivery of notes and bonds by housing authorities for the
purpose of financing or aiding in the development or construction of a housing
project and all notes and bonds issued by housing authorities prior to May 17, 1939,
are validated, ratified, confirmed, approved, and declared legal in all respects,
notwithstanding any want of statutory authority or any defect or irregularity
therein.
