§ 29-4-225 — Insurance
A housing authority, in addition to its other powers,
has the power to procure or agree to the procurement of insurance or guarantees
from the federal government for the payment of any debts or parts thereof incurred
by said authority, including the power to pay premiums on any such insurance.
