Text
The authority and its
commissioners are under a statutory duty to comply or to cause strict compliance
with all provisions of this part 2 and the laws of the state of Colorado, and, in
addition thereto, with each term, provision, and covenant in any contract, on the
part of the authority to be kept or performed by the authority.
