Text
The powers conferred by this
part 1 shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other
law and not in substitution for the powers conferred by any other law. Bonds may
be issued under this part 1 for any housing project notwithstanding that any other
law may provide for the issuance of bonds by the city or an authority for like
purposes and without regard to the requirements, restrictions, or procedural
provisions contained in any other law. Bonds may be issued under this part 1
notwithstanding any debt or other limitation prescribed by any other law. Any
proceedings taken prior to April 19, 1935, by any municipality relating to the subject
matters of this part 1, whether or not commenced under any other law, may be
